Organisational Resilience Festival 2022

From November 7th to 11th, 2022, Fauna & Flora and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) hosted a global online event: the Organisational Resilience Festival.

This five-day festival brought together over 300 participants representing 149 conservation organisations from 59 countries. The program featured a diverse array of activities, including webinars, training sessions, panel discussions, and real-world case studies shared by practitioners, facilitators, and donors.
