Good Fund Management: Module 1

This course introduces you to the general principles of good fund management. It aims to ensure that funds are used effectively for conservation and fulfil both your, and stakeholders’, conditions and expectations.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Identify the differences between a contract and a grant agreement
• Complete a Roles and Responsibilities form for fund management and describe the consequences of these being unclear
• Examine a draft funding agreement and be able to identify areas of concern.
